October is Busy

October is the beginning of insanity for most facepainters including us. We are super busy this month with public and private events. Here is a short list of some of the places you will be able to come see us.

Fantasy Falls at Noccolula Falls in Gadsden, Alabama. October 19-20; 25-27; 29-30; From 6-9 pm. There is an admission fee for this event. Faces will be pay per face starting at $2. http://www.activeculture.info/eventsDetails.asp?ItemID=4343 for more information on this event.

Attalla Heritage Festival on October 20 from 9-5. This will be a pay per face event with typical festival prices ($3 cheeks, $5 half face, $10 full face, $5-$10 glitter body art, $2 hair colors). Here is more information on this event... http://www.cityofattalla.com/html/heritage_day.shtml

First Baptist Ashville, Alabama; Children's Fall Festival - Kristin may be painting at this event, but even if we don't, there is still a lot of fun to be had. This event is for ages pre-school through 6th grade and includes games and prizes with a focus on Jesus. October 27th with the times to be decided, but probably 2-4 or 3-5. For more about our church go to www.ashvillefirstbaptist.org.

Boomdays was Booming!

Boom Days in Fort Payne, Alabama hired us to provide free facepainting for their festival. We were busy all day, but I was very impressed by the people of Fort Payne. They were super nice and even though the wait time was long at points during the day, we had very well behaved children and patient parents. I am looking forward to returning to that area for future events. Hopefully next time they will be able to hire two of our painters instead of just one so the wait time won't be as long.

Tiger Rags Grand Opening

We had a wonderful time at the Tiger Rags grand opening in Auburn. We were hired to offer free facepainting through out the day and we painted all ages. Thanks for the fun.
